When Amazon says “Please review your listings”
Have you ever received an inauthentic complaint? Did you know exactly what you needed to do about it?
The first time Perry and I got an inauthentic complaint, my stomach hit the floor. Were we about to be suspended? Were we already suspended and I just didn’t know it yet?
I started researching immediately, asked a lot of seller friends, and put together a response. It was accepted.
The next time didn’t go so well. A few months later my response to our second inauthentic was rejected, and we were banned from selling that asin or any other variation on that listing. I was disappointed, but we moved on. There was still plenty we could sell, and we had done our best.
Or had we? Since then we’ve received many, many inauthentic complaints and helped friends with more. We’ve learned so much in the process, and we continue to learn new things with every complaint we address and resolve.
We want to share what we’ve learned, but it’s a lot of information. We decided the best way to do it was through an online course. While Perry runs the warehouse, I’ve been building that course in my free time (ha!) and it’s finally ready.
BUY The FBA Seller’s Guide to Inauthentic Complaints
Our Inauthentic course includes 12 videos explaining everything you need to know to understand, investigate, respond and follow up on Inauthentic Complaints to ensure they are fully resolved.
Bonus: this approach works equally well for Used Sold As New complaints!
The first section is totally free so you can decide if you like my teaching style and if you need to know this info. Even if you don’t buy, I’d love to have your feedback on the free parts so I can continue to improve it and build other courses in the near future.

This is by far the best step by step by course I have seen I have paid. Kim’s teaching style is very easy to follow. The videos are short and don’t bore you to death. The content is all actionable with zero fluff and she gets down to the point with examples. I love to the Do and Not action points this helps things simple in the ever confusing world of amazon. A lot of the information she covers can be applied to many other situations when you have to communicate to the Amazon team. Wish I had this when I started it would love made my life dealing with Amazon way easier and less confusing.
Wow, thank you for the positive feedback Nick! I’m so glad you found my course helpful! I worked hard to include everything you need to know, but no unnecessary or irrelevant details.
